We will use the data from the form to create and maintain your ATFPRO account and to enable you to use its features. Providing the data marked with an asterisk is necessary to create an account. You have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict its processing, port it and object to its processing. Please note that once you activate a device, the distributor you select will gain access to your contact details — the details are described in the Privacy Policy.

Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (necessity for the performance of the account agreement), and as regards the security of the service — Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, and as regards documenting the declarations submitted — Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.

Data recipients: providers of hosting, e-mail and technical maintenance of the service, acting on our behalf under data processing agreements; after device activation — the distributor you indicate, as a separate controller, to the extent necessary for warranty and service handling.

Retention period: until the account is deleted; data relating to device activation and warranty — until the end of the warranty period and the expiry of the limitation period for claims.

The controller of your personal data processed by the Service in connection with forwarding the enquiry is RAVENOL POLSKA sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Starogard Gdański (ul. Chojnicka 61, 83-200 Starogard Gdański). The data provided in the form and the content of the enquiry will be forwarded to the Distributor you select so that they can reply to you and continue the contact regarding the offer. You will also receive a copy of the enquiry at the e-mail address provided.

Once the enquiry is received, the Distributor processes the data forwarded as a separate data controller, in accordance with the data processing rules applicable to them. The Distributor you select may be established outside the European Economic Area. In such a case the transfer takes place in accordance with the rules on transfers to third countries laid down in the GDPR. Detailed information about such transfers can be found in the Privacy Policy. Providing the data required in the form is voluntary but necessary to forward the enquiry to the selected Distributor. The ATFPRO service does not carry out online sales and does not allow orders to be placed online. The "Request a quote" form serves to forward an enquiry to the selected Distributor and to establish contact with them. You have rights relating to the processing of personal data.
